The raid is a multi‐sport race which is open to everyone (amateurs and professionals), in which teams composed of 3 people must adapt to the environment and its characteristics in order to reach the finishing post in the shortest possible time. The compulsory parts of the course will involve orienteering, with competitors alternating between mountain biking and trail running. In addition, a trial on the waters of Lake Garda and an abseil down a 60‐metre rock wall will be the spectacular experiences which will highlight the courage of participants.
The Upper Garda Lake will be the charming setting for this event, which aims to use the medium of sport to introduce participants to the splendid natural and cultural features of the area.
Competitors will put many of their personal characteristics to the test, including strategy, courage, adaptability, versatility and resistance… in a competition that will push them beyond their limits in a perfect union of nature and team spirit.
Rewoolution Garda Lake Raid is also an opportunity to become acquainted with outdoor sports, a unique and unforgettable experience to share with your team. A new and innovative format which, in a magnificent context, unites passion for sport with respect for nature and the territory’s wealth of beautiful features. Everyone will have the chance to compete, even those whose wish to form a team with their friends for the sole reason of enjoying an outdoor adventure. Victory will be awarded to the most closeknit, complete and versatile team: at stake are prizes provided by several important companies.
Entertainment and music will be provided in the centre of Torbole, not only for competitors, but also for the supporters and enthusiasts in attendance.
